The Outlook Riding Academy is a family-run equestrian centre on 18 beautiful acres located in Terrigal on the Central Coast.
We offer private and group horse riding lessons for all ages and levels, pony leads, clinics and holiday programs, horse agistment, equine assisted coaching, psychotherapy and leadership, and accommodation at the Outlook Cabana.
Our team includes ponies and horses, ranging in age, height and level. Our programs are personally-tailored, creative and fun, and can be matched to your individual goals and needs.
The Outlook Riding Academy staff are qualified instructors with extensive horse knowledge, coaching, teaching and horse riding experience.
We have a team of ponies and horses in our family, so we can match your age, level of experience and preferred style of learning.
Those wishing to attend Sunday Pony Club may lease one of our ponies or horses, with full tack and transport provided.
Equine Camps & Parties
Camps provide a fantastic opportunity to feed, wash, ride and care for the ponies and horses as if their own. Our camps provide a rich learning experience with indoor and outdoor education, individual and group exercises, as well as experiential learning both on and off the horse.
Birthday parties can be celebrated with an equine experience at our centre. Parties can range from 2 to 6 persons and may include feeds, leads, horse riding and sports. We also have chooks, ducks, alpacas, and sheep for your group to meet.
Gift Vouchers are available. Vouchers are a flexible way to find the perfect gift for your horse loving family member or friend. These vouchers are redeemable on any of the services we offer

Sarndie ( best known as Sam ) is a busy wife, and mother to four kids, eight horses, twelve sheep, four chooks, three alpacas and two cats!
She established The Outlook Riding Academy as a boutique equestrian centre, hoping to share her love for horses with others. For Sarndie, “horses offer a special experience for humans to experiment, grow, and learn skills for life. I get so much enjoyment from watching children develop confidence, resilience, and mastery through their equine experiences.”
The Remond family have included a team of horses for more than 40 years, both on the Central Coast and in rural NSW. Sarndie and her children have all participated in Pony Clubs, State and National competitions, Polo Cross, Eventing and Royal Shows.
Sarndie’s professional qualifications include a Bachelor of Education and Certification in Applied Behavioural Analysis. She has experience in teaching children, adolescent and adults in public and private schools, TAFE, University and online. She is an Instructor with Pony Club Australia and holds membership with the Australian Riding Centres Association.
