We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at any time where there is a risk of safety for either horse or rider
Riders may not ride alone - someone must be on the ground / horse with you
We look at your height to weight ratio, riding experience, muscle tone and fitness when assessing if we have a suitable horse for you.
We are unable to guarantee that a suitable horse will be free on the day of your visit, if you have not booked in advance, and provided detailed information.
All riders must wear appropriate clothing, enclosed shoes and a helmet. Your top should cover your shoulders and stomach – a safety issue. The Outlook Riding Academy will lend you a helmet for your ride.
No child is to be in a vehicle on their own. Our ground has slope!
