Party Packages for kids, tweens, teens & adults!

We specialise in creating fantastic, fun-filled pony/horse parties for everyone, all ages and all levels.

No previous horse riding experience is required to book a pony party - whether you or your child is a seasoned rider or a complete beginner!

The party kids will groom the horses, play mounted games, decorate a pony, and enjoy cake decorating (with the 2-hour package). The riders are kept entertained throughout the party while the parents can sit back, take photos and relax.

Our parties are designed for groups of 3-8.
Maximum 8 riders for the 2-hr party & 4 riders for the 1-hr party.
Suitable for 3 - 103 years old.
Party packages are tailored based on the age group (kids, tweens, teens & adults)
We provide all necessary horse-riding equipment, including saddles, bridles, and helmets.
Chairs, tables and party decorations will be set up for your group.

Premium 2-hour Pony Party

Unforgettable Party Package: Just $990 for 3-8 Riders!

The 2-hour package is broken into three sections:

Horse riding from obstacle courses to horseback games and grooming.
Decorating a pony with bows, ribbons, plaits and ‘horse-safe’ paint.
PLUS 🎂 Birthday cake designing (with lollies)
PLUS a Piñata.

Four fabulous horses will be used, and the riding time will be split among the number of riders. The riders will be swapping every 10 - 15 minutes to ensure everyone gets time in the saddle. While four are on the horses, the other four are playing games alongside the riders- so they’re all kept together.

Birthday cake is included in the 2-hr package only.

Riders will decorate a birthday cake with lollies, then enjoy eating it and playing games. So, you might not need to bring extra party food for the kids!

Petite 1-hour Pony Party

Perfect for Your Small Group: Our Pony Party Package is $600 for 3-5 Riders!

For just 1 hour, we transform your child's celebration into a magical, stress-free experience.

Horse riding from obstacle courses to horseback games and grooming.
Decorating a pony with bows, ribbons and plaits.

*Cake is not included. This can be added for $88. | 🎂 Birthday cake designing (with lollies) will reduce the two sections (horse riding & decorating a pony) to fit within 1 hour.

Teen Parties

Unleash Your Inner Equestrian! For riders aged 12 to 18 years seeking an unforgettable adventure. Get ready to dive into exciting riding activities like sporting games, show jumping, dressage, horsemanship skills, or a trail ride.

The fun doesn't end there for the 2-hour party… On the ground, master skills like plaiting manes and tails, bandaging legs, or even learning to crack a stock whip! It's the perfect mix of riding action and hands-on horsemanship for an epic celebration.

Party Information | Booking

Pre-Party Visit: We highly recommend a 15-minute site visit or booking a private lesson for your child 1-3 weeks prior. This helps you and your child get familiar with our setup, parking, and riding area.
Booking Times: Saturdays: 12 pm or 1 pm.Thursdays & Fridays: By request. Email remond6@bigpond.com or call 0427 189 567 for other times or availability.
Rider Numbers: We staff and prepare for the exact number of riders booked. Late changes may incur extra fees.
Weather Ready: Our ponies don't mind rain! Please ensure children bring raincoats, warm clothing, and suitable footwear (riding boots, joggers, or gumboots). In wet weather, we have fun undercover games.
Birthday Cake: Our provided cake contains milk, palm oil, and soy. May contain traces of nuts.
Food & Drink: You can bring party food and drinks (no cooking facilities). We suggest packing light – children are busy! Water bottles and a small snack are often enough due to the steep walk to the paddock.
Assistance: One parent may be asked to help lift heavier children onto horses.
Access: There's a steep walk to the horses. Not ideal for mobility issues. Please advise us beforehand if transport is needed for a small number of individuals.
Photos: We may take photos for social media. Inform us before the party if you prefer your child not to be photographed.
Pack Up: 30 minutes is allocated after your booking slot for packing up.

What We Provide

Party decorations, tables and chairs.
Ponies and horses - to be shared amongst children. We will select the most suitable horses from our herd.
No additional horses can be added to the party package.
Helmets, saddlery, and riding equipment.

Parking, Meeting & What to Wear

Parking & Meeting: Please arrive 15 minutes early and meet your guests at the main car park. From there, walk to the Green Shed to collect helmets, then walk down the stairs to the horses.
What to Wear: Enclosed, flat footwear is essential for everyone. Riders must wear riding boots, joggers, or gumboots, plus long pants (leggings, jeans, or tights). Wear comfortable clothing you don't mind getting dirty.
Be Prepared: Pack water, sunscreen, hats and raincoats for all weather.
Decorations: You're welcome to add extra decorations around the party area, but please remove them all upon departure.

Once all riders have RSVP’d please add the names of the riders to your EC PRO event booking.

Terms & Conditions

We still go ahead in the rain - our party plans are creative and adaptive. If the weather is severe (ie. thunderstorms) we will postpone the party & find a new time slot that works best for you - The Outlook Riding Academy will make the call on the weather condition.
You can change your booking (date & time slot) up to 14 days before your pony/horse party.
We can not change the date/time < 7 days out.
By riding, visiting or booking, you agree to our T&Cs & regulations by Equestrian Australia
You are responsible for your booking & re-booking (if you wish to change the date & time). Log into your EC PRO account to amend your booking. We have a zero refund policy.
By booking a pony party you accept the T&Cs stated on this website & acknowledge that they form the entirety of the Agreement for the entire period of participation in the recreational service.
